A notebook from inside the supply chain

Notes from the messy middle of making yoga wear.

Between a dreamy sketch and a finished legging sits a small universe of fabric, fittings, stubborn seams and numbers that refuse to behave. I keep notes on all of it.

Today’s question: what, exactly, did the sample approve?

Why this notebook exists

Notes from the heart of the yoga wear supply chain.

Yoga Wear Notes is written from Yiwu, at the heart of one of China’s most complete, fast-moving and adaptable supply chains for yoga activewear, seamless garments and underwear.

This blog brings together what I observe in the market, what I learn through ongoing product and brand research, and what I experience in my day-to-day work as a sourcing agent: speaking with factories, comparing suppliers, reviewing samples, following production, and seeing where small details can quietly change the final product.

A small note, now and then

Come down the fabric rabbit hole.

No launch drumrolls. Just thoughtful notes when there is something worth sharing.
